Before Abby was Epsilon Zeta's president, she served as our Vice President of Philanthropy!
What are you most excited for as president this year?
As president this year, I am most excited to get to know all of 255 awesome girls in this chapter! (And having a bunch of money on my tiger card again) :)
What is your favorite thing about our chapter?
My favorite thing about our chapter is how genuine our girls are. We have girls on every end of every spectrum, but its such an asset to us as each girl belongs and has the freedom to be herself. We have such a unique chapter in that being real is such a defining aspect of both our recruitment process and our sisterhood as a whole.
If you could give advice to a PNM, what would it be?
My advice to a PNM would be:
1. Its okay to cry.
2. Your life is so much bigger and SO much more important than whatever your envelope says when you open it on bid day.
3. You will end up exactly where you belong, and you can make a difference anywhere.
What are your plans for after graduation?
My plans for graduation are hopefully to go to law school, but we’re waiting on the LSAT scores so TBD :)
What has been your favorite memory as an Alpha Chi?
My favorite memory as an Alpha Chi has to be my sophomore year, living on the Panhellenic Overflow hall with three of my best friends. Despite my initial decorating advice, my roommates insisted on putting up a “Wall of Fun” which basically consisted of a giant Happy Birthday sign that we stuck pictures and random stuff all over that reminded us of all of our best times together. I’m not going to say it wasn’t a little tacky, but by far one of the best ideas we’ve ever had. It will definitely hang in our tailgate one day when we’re old and reminiscing on the good ol’ days.
Who is your biggest inspiration?
It may sound cliché, but my mom is the most inspiring person in my life. She has always pushed me to be a better person and encouraged me to do things I never thought I could do.
What is one thing you cannot live without?
The one thing I couldn’t live without is Willie’s wings. My order is as follows:
An order of medium wings- traditional (blue cheese dipping sauce)
Cheese tots w/ ketchup
Fried Mushrooms w/ Ranch.
Apparel Merchandising, Design, and Production Management & Marketing

What made you choose your major? A LOT of reasons! I want a job where I have new experiences and meet new people everyday, while getting to create and do what I love! I also think that there are a lot of opportunities to share God's love and grace in the fashion industry!
How would you describe your personal style? Modern Feminine! I love classic silhouettes which give you room to play with funky jewelry, bright shoes, and other trend-driven pieces!
What has been your favorite memory in Alpha Chi? Bid Day 2015!! I had so much fun welcoming all the wonderful new girls to Alpha Chi Omega with some of my best friends by my side.
What are you most looking forward to this semester? Honestly just spending more time with current friends and meeting new ones!
